When I opened it, it was more than half empty, as if it had been scooped out with a spatula. I tried shaking it to see if it would flatten out, but it didn't move and the shape stayed the same, so I'm sure someone intentionally took out the contents. I clearly bought it because it said it was new, but I'll either send it back or return it.
