    Purchased a dress. Item received wasn’t the one pictured. Contacted seller. Said they’d sent the wrong one by accident & would post the correct one the next day. Contacted seller twice to check it had been posted. No response. Waited. Nothing turned up. Initiated return & posted the following day. Item delivered to Post Office where it sat from Tuesday till the following Monday waiting to be collected. Advised seller it was there & requested refund. No response. Had to get eBay to intervene.
