They probably could not provide the keyboard/mouse because they are very low quality and I threw them away anyway (unnecessary waste) and I think most people have a keyboard mouse they like. The box is very sturdy and nice looking. Craftsmanship is top notch. Computer came ready to go and has had no issues.

Surprised at a couple of points: (1) No Bluetooth. Adapters are cheap, but in 2025? Just very surprised. (2)Wireless was USB. It works fine after plugging it into the proper USB port, but again surprised it wasn't built into the motherboard. For an I-9 PC with full functionality, it's a steal of a deal. (Note: Just discovered the Wireless drivers keep reinstalling. That's a bit of a problem, but all initial)

Cpu is water cooled, was expecting box fan because of pics, so points there. I waited a month before posting this review, so i got to really push the pc and it's handled almost all i threw at it. Most games run fine, and i stream so alls good there. Just wanted to let y'all know! Beautiful little budget pc. Here's some pics. Haven't had to call but CS on point.

I refused. They shipped the computer the next week. In the end, I got the computer at the originally listed price. It had not been cleaned. It was properly packed. All advertised parts are there, and everything works. I will not do business with pc-buy again.
