    Item was as described and well packaged - nice and secure. arrived very quickly once dispatched. Not a huge issue, but I Couldn’t track the delivery which was a bit awkward as had to wait in not sure if it was coming or not. I find it better to be able to track a delivery so I can plan round it at least a little bit on the day.

    Received a carpet that didn't match the item description, was told this was due to it being a different batch, when the weave and colour had no resemblance to the item description or photo. Finally received a refund, after escalating the case via Ebay with Lvflooring unable to organise collection. As a goodwill gesture, Lvflooring let me keep the carpet that I didn't order or want, on the basis that I would not leave negative feedback. Unreliable seller that wasted my time, delaying the install.

    They have had my money for 2 weeks, promising 'next day delivery', and have not delivered this item although the tracking shows it was dispatched almost 2 weeks ago. Initially, I had to contact the seller before they even acknowledged the fact it hadn't been delivered. And I had to listen to them talking about 'missing labels' or some such. I was patient. But now I have had to give up 2 days of my own commitments as have promised it would be delivered "the next day", and we have had to stay in (

    Yes unfortunately the initial delay was caused by a labelling issue for which we sincerely apologised on behalf of the courier. Once that was resolved, your item was promptly dispatched. However, it then became clear the reason for the continued delay was due to your address being highly restricted, with limited access for larger vehicles even a car would struggle. As a result, DX had to outsource the delivery to a local courier with a smaller van.Throughout this process I have kept you updated
