I reached out to the seller when I received the product and he Immediately sent me a shipping label to return it. As soon as he received the item a full refund was given immediately.

I am putting this in a mom-to-be gift basket, so I couldnt include the ratty-looking box, and had to take the products out of the damaged packaging. It's not a huge deal, but the presentation with the packaging would have been better.
