    Double V refurbished sleeping pad review

    I’ve used different inflatable sleeping pads and this one is quite comfortable and I really like the size (no worries about rolling off like with narrow pads) as it works in a two person tent. Also, I like how the storage bag can be used as an inflation pump. The refurbished I’m pretty sure was a recent purchase return as it was just like new with no evidence it had been used.

    Don't buy refurbished.

    I ordered a Refurbished Klymit Double V Two Person Camping Sleeping Pad for my husband. He tried it for the first time last week. We have a 5th wheel travel trailer and the mattress on the fold-out bed is miserable, so wanted this new one to provide more padding. There were no sharp items under the mattress—just a foam mattress, so it definitely did not get punctured. It was very comfortable and he was happy with it. By morning, ALL of the air had completely gone out of it. The second night, he filled it again and double checked that he had closed it tightly. Again, it was completely flat by morning. Apparently it wasn’t refurbished properly; (testing with weight on it for several hours). I gave it 2 stars because he liked it when it had air in it. A brand new one may have been ...

    Great pad!

    I’m a snuggler, it doesn’t stop being true even when backpacking. My love is a saint who doesn’t mind when I end up on 2/3 of his sleeping pad trying to snug into him. I feel bad, though, so I invested in the Klymit Double V. I chose to take on the higher weight pad for the sake of affection with my partner. I love him enough to be a pack mule for a pad that’s 2lbs into the wilderness just so I can steal his delicious warmth near the alpine lakes. This pad is great. Don’t waste your time with the bag “pump”, though, just inflate it yourself. It takes maybe three minutes on your own - “You get to blow it up since you didn’t grab a self inflating one, dumb dumb” he said right before I made doe eyes at him to blow it up for me anyway - but it is worth it.
