The main issue was that I received a phone with 91% battery health instead of a phone with a new battery. I specifically wanted a new battery iPhone so I can have more years of usage from it. I contacted customer service and got refunded the difference. The problem was raised with the seller immediately, and after proving the item was not as intended, a return authorisation was issued, After it arrived back with the seller, and they verified their mistake, I was offered the option of a full refund, and this has promptly been paid. Thank you for a minimal delay in rectifying the problem.
