    Works well and easy to clean

    I just got this tool and made great mashed potatoes for dinner the first night. They came out nice and fluffy The Potato Ricer comes with two stainless steel plates that are easy to change, and it comes apart and goes back together easily for cleaning. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because you need to use a fair amount of pressure to force the cooked potatoes through the plates holes. That could be a problem for someone with arthritis, for example, so you should be aware of it. But for everyone else, it's a good tool.

    Small gripe

    The many nooks and crannies make it difficult to wash and then completely dry the unit if you need to use it for something else. The design also makes it bulkier and clumsier than it needs to be. When making gnocchi extra water is your enemy. The unit otherwise works very well.
