Two way much better sound quality for both fast food order taker and customers.
I tried all other brands but I like HME and specifically HS6200 more than all others. The reason is it has very loud and understandable sound both ways. Not only we get to hear the customer on the drive thru lane, the customer also can hear us much more clearly. It saves us time and money by eliminating order taking mistakes.
