Tried messaging seller to see if there's something I could do to fix it, and expressed that I wasn't looking to get a refund or return the fan, I just wanted it to work properly- and it's been more than a month and I haven't heard back from the seller. There was no manual or spec sheet in the box, but it seemed to be unopened. I still use it because the one side works, just wish I could maybe fix it. Thank you!
