I don't have a problem with returns but item was not returned in original condition. One of the fuses was missing and buyer claimed they kept it because it was blown (?) Why even keep it? Other fuses were also replaced with others that were not even what I sent to them. I sent buyer pictures but they know what they did. I reported to eBay and filed fraud claim with USPS.
