They replied quickly to my reporting that it hadn’t arrived but provided no tracking information despite several requests and their own assurance that they would give updates. 3 weeks to arrive for a store meant to be in Australia doesn’t make sense to me and the item should have been packaged better as the box became damaged in transit. I have tried to contact seller numerous times. NO RESPONSE. Because seller provided a tracking number EBAY thinks I recieved the full order. Cant make a claim. This is rediculous. ZERO COMMUNICATION! How does ebay allow such sellers on their platform. This seller has so many negatives, I am kicking myself for not seeing his feedback sooner. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE!!

Seller claimed it was sent the next day, but it was untracked, and after 10 business days, it still hadn't arrived. Typically, items from Sydney arrive in 2-4 days. After a week, the seller asked me to wait longer. I advised I’d request a refund if not received by two weeks, and they refunded me immediately—suggesting they were either waiting on stock or hadn’t sent it yet. Very disappointing.
