No response from my two communications. The box used was too thin and arrived crushed. The 35lb weight required a double wall box. I was shocked to find inside the box the unit placed in the box with 90% of the bubble wrap thrown loose on top, leaving the base of the unit to take hits. Makes no sense why anyone would do that. Positive left based on the deal price.
