There was a problem with a part on the ratchet (broken) but seller immediately, fairly, and amicably corrected the problem. Ironically the only original part missing from this 3/8 drive set (as noted in the eBay ad) was the 1/2 inch socket, while the ONLY PowrKraft socket I had previous to this purchase was a 1/2 inch in 3/8 drive! So, this was the set for me.
