It was badly packed, with one corner was poking out of the box. Seller sent item with DHL instead of UPS as advertised, so I had to pay extra service fee 30USD to DHL that was not a part of shipping cost. Also, seller declared value of package to be 109 Euros instead of 109 USD, so the customs procedure lasted weeks because I had to bring all sorts of evidence. Contacted seller, they were not interested much.Reply from: cosmo-accessories- Feedback replied by seller cosmo-accessories.- Feedback replied by seller cosmo-accessories.As I told you on the messages we exchange, we are not responsible for import fees and they are not part of our shipping charge. As for the bend, I asked for photos in order to replace the part but you told me you could not provice such photos (Your reply was "I cannot provide a photo of the bend anymore, I installed the rack.").
