UPS Bangkok head office and the office where the part was located never answered the phone or helped us then we gave up, plus they said we have to go to Bangkok to sort this out and we are in Chiang Mai, 1 hour flight. But Delkevic did a great job on their side. So, don't use UPS for Thailand.
