    Great cast! Entertaining & fun.

    A delightful change of pace for Bruce Willis & Lily Tomlin. Loved seeing beautiful Jean Smart pop up in a small but fun roll. Emily Mortimer is a good balance for Bruce. And apparently it took nearly 7000 casting interviews to come up with Spencer Bresun as the dweebie, uncoordinated natural for the roll as “the Kid”. Entertaining & a great family show.

    Great feel-good movie, interesting plot twist

    This movie was made in 2000 (when Bruce Willis still had hair lol!) — and Emily Mortimer was soooo young! It’s an engaging story about an arrogant, self-made man who has neither time nor interest in other people except as suits his purposes or reputation. A peculiar time warp puts him face to face with his 8-yr-old self with no idea why or how to get rid of him. No sex, no bad language ~ some really funny bits ~ great with or without kids. Highly recommend.

    The kid

    A boy comes from the past to the future to teach or correct something that happened to him as a child. In the end the three come together the boy, the man and as a senior. It all comes about to put the man on the right path in life. It's funny, engaging and a great movie. I like the red plane from the beginning and you don't find out the significance of it until the end.

    The perfect formula

    You could argue that this movie is very "formulaic", but the formula works for me! Sweet story, not wholly predictable, some great characters and fine acting even by the children (and Bruce Willis!) Love it! Seen it several times.

    Great Family Entertainment

    I love this movie. It is very funny and clean. You get more than your monies worth. Bruce is his charming self but he is also rude and ruthless. The kid does a fantastic job playing his part. There isn't one part of this movie that isn't entertaining. I promise it's a movie you'll want to watch more than once.
