The output is not filtered, is unregulated and full of spikes. It CAN NOT BE USED ON ELECTRONICS. It will run a 12-volt 2-Watt motor at 200 mA or a very small resistive load but not any electronics. The supplier are "sorry" and gave no assistance. Supplier, quality & value are bad, waste of money. Appearance looks good in a picture.
