    Such a bad experinece never again. Seller advertises on site "Ebay International Shipping" option but says does not sell outside US, misleading advertising. Seller has right to refuse to sell. Just refund the money straightaway but this one held out for 3 weeks before Ebay intervened to process refund. Terrible experience. All transactions on ebay are done within legal framework, just work with the system.
