      The amp arrived in one piece and functional. I'm pretty surprised though because the amp was packed with nothing but grocery bags and other trash.

      Only clean, recycled bags were used. Along with other heavy recyclable plastic wraps I'm glad to hear the amp arrived safely. Much better option than packing peanuts or styro foam. No damages reported yet! Its a beautiful small all tube amp with a heavy Crate punch. Enjoy!

      No items where missing. The auction was for an amp head as described in the description and in the pictures. Only when buying NEW items can you assume that any accessories will be included. I have never had any complaints of missing items.
