Always when I first purchase a game I always play on the easiest setting at first to get the feel of the game, this game even on this setting I found the game very hard to play (I have been playing shooter games for over twenty years and don't consider myself a slouch in this type of gaming) in one instance I was prone on the floor of a building watching the only entrance when I turned to see an enemy materialising next to me an impossible thing to happen in real life I could go on writing for half an hour or more about this sort of thing happening in the game so I have a message for all game makers if you make the game too hard you are going to lose massive amounts of sales which equates to lost revenue if the gaming hard heads wish to play a game like this let them play on the hardest setting because no wants to play a game of any kind they cant win so game makers wake up to your selves make games that even a moderate player can win otherwise lose a lot of money.
