I asked for a refund and was told there was nothing that they could do because they did not package the item improperly, which is a questionable excuse. Did not hear anything else from the seller about a refund until after I initiated a payment dispute PayPal. I finally got a message saying they were trying to send me a refund, but it “wasn’t letting them.” By that time the dispute process was over.
