I had malware on my computer that my antivirus could not block and it wasn't very pleasant. The product works fine as I have had it before. Wished that the seller had not waited so long before sending it to me.

I've asked for a refund, and I have not gotten that either. I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company next. I also contacted Ebay support, they say I have to work with the seller and Ebay would not back up the order. Shameful! BUYER BEWARE!!
