Made the TV remote work again.
Replaced this board in a 32" Sony LCD (after confirming this was the proper one via disassembly) which had no remote functionality (the remote was determined to be functional - a digital camera can "see" the IR signal the remote puts out when a button is pressed). Since the board has been replaced, the remote functions work great.
