    great pan with handy features

    I really like this pan how it conducts heat quickly and it is lightweight beautiful and appreciate the holes in the lid for pouring and a great solid long handle. This is a great pan! It was a little on the expensive side, but to get this quality nowadays you sort of have to spend a little more.

    GREAT Value

    I own several Anolon Nouvelle Copper pots & one of their stainless Dutch ovens - Additionally, I have an All Clad stainless 12" pan & an All Clad NON-STICK crepe pan - All are top-of-the-line products assigned with specific tasks - When you don't need "specialty" cookware these Cuisinart saucepans provide exceptional quality & value - (I own a 1 qt, a 2 qt & a 3 qt) - The only downside to these saucepans is that the draining lids are NOT tight fitting - (Acceptable under most circumstances) - If you can't justify spending big bucks on Anolon, All Clad or Calphalon go with Cuisinart - The others cost twice as much (or more) but are only negligibly better...
