    Thi seller is dishonest they knowingly sold me a MacBook whit a dead battery (service recomanded) and deliberately hid this important information from the listed repair after the sale the seller ignored my message and took no responsibility this is unacceptable and shows total lack ofl integrity I feel scammed and extremely disappointed do no trust this seller hi don't ain't care about your money I can believe that I just work so hard to get that money please stay far away from that seller .....

    I bought a refurbished MacBook Air that was advertised as having only possible cosmetic damaged. It arrived with a broken trackpad. The seller was very slow to respond and sent the same message twice, indicating to me that they are just copy and pasting replies. The computer is currently in transit to be returned. Working with this seller has been terrible. If you get a good unit, that's great for you. But be open to the possibility that you'll end up like me.

    These were advertised as having the Core I9 Processor, The ones i received ( i purchased2 of them ) had the Core I7. Also the were damages, one of them had a pretty nice dent in the back side. I tried to reach out to the seller and they would not respond. I returned the items, and waited the 3 days for the seller to issue my refund. However they did not answer or refund me. I had to contact ebay to get the issue resolved. Overall bad experience with this seller.
