    Works very well

    It works even better than I expected. Some reviews complained that its available power caused splashing. I have not found that to be a problem -- just run it at a lower power. Running at the top power that does not splash blends great. I also llike the fact that its bell ends in a material that will not scratch any pots or pans you use it in.

    Vitamix Immersion Blender Lightweight and easy to use

    Awesome heavy duty blender. Just a described and even more impressive in person. I am amazed at it capabilities and it is so easy to use. Just remember to start off on the lowest speed and work your way to highest (if even needed) otherwise u might be wearing it. LOL ITS GREAT!!!!!! Love it. And I might add the shipping was extremely FAST!

    Solid and well-made.

    I like it. It is powerful, quiet, easy to operate and appears to be solid and well-made so I expect it to last. That said, I am still getting used to it. It is larger and heavier than my previous immersion blenders and that takes a bit of adjustment.
