When I got out of the car the lead was totally stripped and not from the dog doing anything. These leads are seriously poor quality . Threw it is the bin and when I advised the seller, they wanted photos of proof. Less than two business days, record time for a standard letter to cross interstate. Second, it is fair to ask proof when someone claims something does not work. Third, it is fair not to provide refund when no proof can be provided. We appreciate you reach out and unfortunately, in this case, nothing can be done from either ends. Had we received any proof other than verbal claims, we would have stepped in.
