Great Sprinkler timer for areas not wired for central control.
I previously had used the solar charged version of this product, but the sealed rechargeable batteries failed and the unit became useless. Admittedly it worked for over 3 years, but there’s no good reason to design it without making the rechargeable batteries replaceable. In all other respects, this unit (which uses replaceable batteries) is identical and I recommend it over the rechargeable solar charged version. Importantly both units are sturdy and capable of handling the 60 psi pressure supply of my irrigation system.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Dependable controller
We're using 8 DIG controllers over a large area that makes it impossible to use wired controllers. They have been very dependable and the only issue we have experienced is occasional corrosion build up on the battery terminals, which is an easy fix.
