    Great For Lower Back Pain

    Being extremely flat footed, my doc recommended arch supports when I began getting lower back pain. These fit the bill perfectly. Has greatly helped pain in the top of my feet also and my legs feel better in general too. Wish I had used them years earlier!

    Great insole for plantar fasciitis!

    A family member recommended these over expensive custom insoles from a specialist store. Glad to have saved the expense because they’ve been amazing! I wear 6.5, so I keep both the 1 and 2 size handy (depends on the shoe).
