I did message again but received no further response. There was no damage on the laptop in the listing photos however the one I received has a bad dent in the side where the base and lid meet that prevents it from fully closing. I believe Either it was damaged prior to shipment or this is a different laptop than the one in the photos. I hope they will do better in the future
