    Pros: the seller accepted my offer and it arrived quickly. Cons: The item was listed as very good, but was actually good/ acceptable quality. It was packaged poorly in two thin sheets of plastic. The book should have been protected more thoroughly. I did not feel like wasting my time returning it, but I did pay a higher price for a battered book. Very disappointed. I would be leary purchasing here.

    customer was offered free return on a listing due to mistake on are end,these books are very costly even in acceptable condition and they canceled to return the item. we admitted the mistake on are end that it was suppose to be listed as acceptable condition.they wanted a replacement book which we did not have.i apologize again on are mistake on are end.we try to take care of customers as best we can and will admit are faults,sadly we cannot give refunds unless the item is returned
