Awesome Brand
I've been using turtle beach headphones for a few years and I haven't had any problems. My last headphones were the 400 series and I loved it, unfortunately I ended up giving it away to my dad since I wanted to upgrade. Since than I was waiting for a deal for the 700 series and I came across this bad boy's price and I had to buy it since this was the cheapest one I found. I just received it today and I hooked it up to my PS4 Pro and tried it using Spotify and the sound is crystal clear and load which is what I like. Games sounds amazing, noise cancellation is top notch, and the mic function comes in handy. Basically the mic has an automatic on and off function, you pull the mic down and it turns on, you push the mic up and it turns off. The headphones came with the adapter which works great. My final verdict is that I recommend using this brand and I'll be buying from this store again.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Good sound product but not good mic and transmitter.
To start with i think the headset is a okay product. ill list pros and cons to it and what i think should be improved or just the fact its refurbished and accepting of that fact. Pros: I love the sound quality and that is undeniable. The wireless aspect of the headset is much appreciative. It also works with PS3 via the same settings as PS4. Cons: (related to the fact its refurbished so its not new) The battery is rated at 10 hours and i believe i have gotten 6 so far without noise cancellation and super human hearing. Super human hearing sounds really bad as if a driver isn't working The usb transmitter is spotty at times and does not always push the sound through and can be very aggravating as it happens every 15 minutes on average. The mic is to far away from my face as several people say that i am to far away from the mic where the voice is not clear or loud enough. so im not sure if its the actual distance or that the mic is damaged because it is refurbished. Overall Its a decent product, sound is great a Bluetooth is nice. I just wish the transmitter did not have any spotty issues. I also live in an apartment so it could be other Bluetooth signals messing it up but i don't know. The mic is also really disappointing as i have a cheaper 30 dollar wired turtle beach headset and the mic quality is much better for people on the receiving end of my transmission. For the price its at, Bluetooth tech has always been expensive but for 100 dollars for refurbished and other problems i am having. i do not believe it warrants that price tag and could be 75 dollars.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Could have deeper bass
Overall, I am thoroughly enjoying this headset. The features make it perfect: With the Wireless connectivity, I have more freedom of motion between controller and headset (I'm not limited to the cord length), which allows me to set the controller aside when watching videos. With the Bluetooth® connectivity, I can listen to my own off-console music and still hear game audio! This also allows me to answer and make calls while in game or elsewhere. With a separation of game audio and console player communication, I can control the volume of each, independently, allowing for better game play. Likewise, controlling the Bluetooth volume via device allows for further immersion (when listening to music) and better communication (while on calls). The muffs are comfortable (even for a big head like mine) and fit snugly around my glasses (a wide-armed, plastic frame). My only issue is sound. While the games sound great (*hint: using the "Superhearing" mode is fantastic in FPS games, but denigrates audio sufficiently (treble is cranked while bass is subdued)), the audio isn't as deep as I'd like. My first headset was a PDP Afterglow LVL 3 Wired Stereo Headset. THIS has some bass to it. But, I can take the sacrifice of some bass for all the features the TB headset gives me. Overall, it's comfortable and allows for a lot of freedom and versatility when it comes to listening to different sources of audio at once.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Only one flaw for me. Other than that, i love it.
Very good product. I really like it. Only one flaw that i found is that it has some contention problems. It doesnt disconnect compleately but the sound quality gets very poor for a second or two witch is critical during a fps game. other than that - i love it. Great Headset Overall
I'm new to gaming headsets with this being my first. I chose this one due to wearing glasses and the turtle beach brand is supposed to be the most glasses friendly headset. Muffled audio, complete audio dips
Headphones have a very muffled sound as if in a tunnel, not a crisp clear sound as my cheaper hyper X provided me with. The sound completely goes mute for a split second which has caused losing rounds in call of dutys search and destroy mode.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

I bought this one because i have a hard time hearing the sounds from my tv. It doesn’t come with the original box or instructions. You need to search online how to properly connect it. The quality and clarity if the sounds are outstanding. What's up with my mic?
I personally thought these were great and they were exactly what I was looking for but then I started to play with a few friends online. They kept saying the mic would sound very weird and would cut off from time to time. I thought it would get better as a little time goes on but after a week its not any better.
