    The cajon was exactly as described in the ad, with only a small cosmetic blemish that I was already aware of. It was also packaged very well for shipping! It sounds great and it is good to have one at home to practice with. The piezzo pickup system is not great, but I had kind of anticipated this as potentially being an issue based on forum discussions so I may just replace it with an internal mic later. Muzic Store Inc was great to work with and I would definitely buy from them again!

    AMAZING, GET THESE CANS: USE A HEADPHONE AMP FOR EVEN BETTER SOUND

    yes, these won the Hi-Fi award back in 2012. they are cheaper now because it's now 2016, so you can get a great deal on these cans. They have award winning AKG quality sound, comes in a padded nice box for easy shipping, the cable does NOT unplug from the unit, and the sound quality is incredible. I can't say that these would be good for studio sessions, but for DJ ing gigs and home listening they are exactly what I was looking for. Crisp highs, great midranges, not muddy or sounding like you're listening through a sheet of paper. great bass response, and they are great with a headphone amp as well.     Incredible Headphones!!

    Best headphones I've ever listened to, even when compared to ones that cost AT LEAST 2-4 times as much!!! Everything from the bass/mids/highs to the super expansive soundstage (they sound like open-back but are actually closed-back) to the comfortable feel and premium look makes the AKG K550 MK II a winner in every way possible!     Blown Away!

    This is my second experience with AKG headphones. My first pair was the 551's and now these 550 MKII are almost identical in sound quality, fit and build quality. Great bass (not for bass heads) and treble but the mids could be a little better. Overall a great pair of large can 🎧 headphones.

    Awesome Mixing Monitors

    Great sound, very even in terms of sound ranges. One thing to note - if you wear glasses, you may have trouble getting a good seal, which will decrease the clarity of the lows. I take off my glasses when I need to hear a particular bass line very clearly while mixing.
