    Nice small sawmill structure.

    A older type kit but what makes it great is it's small size. It is possible to motorize the water wheel with a little skill.

    A nice kit that should be easy to assemble. More assembly instructions would be an improvement, but the kit met my expectations. With a little aging it will fit right in with my Alaska Railroad layout.
