    An Amazing Movie and an Excellent BlueRay Disc

    This Blue Ray copy of The Hobbit - The Desolation of Smaug arrived in good time and was exactly as described. The extended edition included two additional discs with literally hours of back lot information - how scenes were shot with big and little people by combining two different sets using green-screen technology. Pretty amazing stuff.

    Good move Greater Extended!

    the additional scenes in the film actually helped flesh out the story a bit more, this is one of the few films were the additional scenes actually add a lot more to the movie than the base movie itself, i loved it and thought it was great. Then again i loved the hobbit series but i just felt as though it added so much more to the story

    Well I was recommended from my niece too check this out because a character in this movie a dragon call smaug it came on tv so I watched it and it was interesting I never watched the other hobbit or Lord of the rings movies but this movie is pretty good i also liked the dragon smaug
