Effectively told it wasn’t their problem and they couldn’t offer advice about how to overcome this problem. Now I’m left with 3 useless pilots and 150 euros out of pocket. Not a very professional company to deal with.Reply from: reamer-ua- Feedback replied by seller reamer-ua.- Feedback replied by seller reamer-ua.Why lie so shamelessly? one of your messages (.. screwed both my Mira pilot and your pilots into another receptacle, and both screwed in freely, by hand, but for some reason your pilots wont screw freely to my VG-20 ) we can't post all discussions here, we tried in every way to understand why the screw-thread doesn't fit and asked which needed, also checked the blanks, we do not see any problems with the thread, which was reported to the buyer and he left a negative feedback! HAND!
