Unfortunately, one of the tubes apparently came open during shipping since there was lotion all over the inside of the plastic bag containing the tubes. Neither tube appeared to be open when I received them though, but there was an apology from the post office. I am not sure what happened, but I lost some of the cream - but it appears to be no fault of the seller.
