        I feel terrible about this and want to give you a bit of advice. Improve your listing practices and packaging and you'll have a more successful outcome. If the listing clearly stated, "for parts/not working", eBay wouldn't have had to step in to resolve but it did not. Try not to bury conflicting descriptions throughout your listing it comes off as a bit deceptive. Refer to eBay's packaging tips on how to properly package sensitive electronics and other fragile items. Best Regards
