      I’m 60 year and post menopause. My symptoms are not too bad regarding hot flushes and low mood now since I’ve been going through the menopause for over 10 years but a certain symptom still remains. I decided to try Mexican Wild Yam before my forthcoming appointment with a private clinic to address my problem as my new GP won’t help with HRT due to my age and lengthy time I was on them previously. ( I wanted to go back on HRT ) I was weaned off them by my previous doctors in another area where I lived. It’s only been nearly 4 weeks that I’m taking these Wild Yam but I am seeing positive benefits of taking these supplements.       Mexican Wild Yam is a higher quality product, In an easy to take tablet,I've been taking this product for about 2 years and did not appreciate all it's benefits until I didn't take it for a week, Would highly recommend, I have tried others and were waste of money, Excellent for woman of a certain age and anyone who just wants to improve well being

      Menopause symptoms
