    Guitar is excellent. Seller was very responsive ( as was EBay) to shipping issues /delay solely caused by FEDEX, and helped with assurance item was/ would be delivered. Item arrived delayed, again this was not in sellers direct control,  but in exchange condition, we’ll packaged for shipping . Would & have bought from this seller again and since. One star for shipping is for FEDEX. They lied about attempting delivery then created a false narrative of my asking for a later delivery date.

    Beautiful guitar however they should not use FedEx to ship. There is almost always a problem with their deliveries. Once again they were lazy and left package by the 1st floor door which is near the sidewalk instead of as addressed to the 2nd floor(porch). The box was also partially open and damaged. Terrible delivery company.

    I'm glad I have it, but...

    Well built. It's hard to see which position the push button switches are in. I would like for it to have a bypass (switch) foe the volume knob. The more expensive 'active' units MAY have these features - I don't now. It is useful, well built, small-ish, and I'm glad I have it. I just think it could be improved.

    Mackie Big Knob Passive!!

    A simple volume control for two sources and two monitors, works well for my needs. The mono button has been helpful too. Great for controlling volume output right off the sound card into powered monitors.

    Great passive monitors control

    It does what it’s supposed to do. Almost no lost in audio. Now I can switch between my inputs (interface or pc) and switch between my speakers (pc speakers or studio monitors). No power supply or power cable needed. Easy to setup. Highly recommended!
