    Easy Scanning!

    Great little scanner. My first attempt failed but then I ACTUALLY READ the message on the screen and it was so easy. The resolution is great and I've already scanned a number of receipts as well as notes on scraps of paper. This device has made it easy to keep track of what I need to keep track of!

    terrible support

    Set up was not easy for non-techie Contact with support was escalated after 1hour with initial support staff. Result of the 'escalated' issue was an emailed summary of the activity provide over phone except in written dialogue. No help. I bought this at the suggestion of one colleague; should ave gone with a different colleagues suggestion for fujitsu scan snap- yes, more costly but much more functional. will likely trash this brother and buy the other just to save time and sanity. No comment re: color as it never scanned anything color.
