    Walk Slim is Easy

    I have owned this product for years, but never put it to use. I started using it 3 months ago and could not believe it took me so long to get started. I talk about this walking DVD to every one. The copy that I just purchased was for my niece who has Lupus and keeps talking about her need to exercise more. I told her about my need to exercise and the easy fun way to get it done with "Walk Slim". I emphasized that if I can exercise with "Walk Slim", so can she. You might be interested in knowing that I am 83 years young.

    Really like this effective workout

    The 4 miles go by quickly, that's for sure.

    It's fast-paced and entertaining. This was made before Leslie Sansone became more "polished". She seems more genuine, and the people in the video are "real", not professionals hired to work out with her. That makes it more fun.
