Some of the hardware was missing due to the handling from the time it was sent until the time it reached me I notified the seller and he is currently working on trying to find me some spare hardware pieces.     Easy to use,if...

    The actual product seems well made and is reliable, so far. However, most instructions for use and set-up are in pictograph form and leave a lot to be desired. In the diagram that labels the controls the power switch is not shown, or labeled. In one of the pictographs it show the sliding of the switch, but does not indicate that is the power switch, and there is no indication that the switch needs to be turned off when finished using the product. Some modern devices automatically power down after a short period of non use to prolong the battery life, but this one does not automatically power down until the battery is dead as far as I can tell. Likewise the receiver is not labeled or indicated in the diagram that labels the features and controls, or anywhere else, but it does mention the ...

    It's OK

    I bought this on the understanding that it would work on flat panel screens. NOPE! I even took it to a local electronics retailer and tried it on every screen in the place. NOPE! But, it is a powerful laser for use in a large room with a traditional screen. It is comfortable in the hand and operates the software as it should. I still need a pointer for the flat screen which does not require me to be at my computer.

    Awesome device

    Worked right out of the box with our new Mac air. Presentation buttons are easily understandable. The laser pointer is very handy. The Bluetooth usb dongle stores in the device so you never lose it. What a nice design. The unit itself is comfortable in the hand. High quality feel to it. And it came with a carry pouch.
