I bought two RAM modules, one if which appeared DOA seemingly due to poor packaging (both modules shipped in a single ESD bag). The seller issued a 50% refund as soon as I reported the issue. The seller did not intend to ship a bad module and resolved the issue with no opposition whatsoever. I can recommend them.

The CPU somehow survived shipment in an envelope rather than a protective box! Paper address label was barely taped on ... and again I felt fortunate that the Post Office could deliver the envelope. Item worked and was as listed, but sloppy, neglectful packaging.
