Product arrived quickly. When it was taken out of the plastic there was droplets of water in the package. This is a brand new unit. Installed quickly, since it was replacing a previous unit. Couldn't get it to start at first. Took knobs off checked connectors. You have to turn the water temperature knob all the way to the right for it to work. Instructions were not helpful.This TCFundy 18L propane water heater is awesome. I would recommend it.

Also, has a 20 min shutoff switch that shuts down the whole system that I'm not real thrilled about. So, I don't know how or if it works until I get the other parts.
