The original order that was sent was lost with Royal Mail but Global Packaging quickly sent another one to me without any hesitation, they were quick to respond to my messages and were very helpful and supportive. Highly recommended to others and I would be happy to buy from them again.

Had to wait until next day to contact. Told to expect delivery, again waited in, no delivery. Same message regarding more info. The next day told that delivery of parcel had been attempted - it hadn't. Turns out the parcel has been damaged in transit and returned to sender. However Globe packaging customer service was EXCELLENT - prompt refund issued.
