Was that one of the special Allen head screws was faulty without sufficient depth for the Allen key. There were no instructions whatsoever even though certain things needed explanation for example, there are two sets of the six holes with different radiuses and threading, no explanation how to adopt the connections of the horn switch. I would have given it 5 stars oherwise.
