After reading about this online I thought I'd try it to help with my weightloss, I believe as an addition to other changes in my diet like smaller portions, eating prunes daily, drinking more water,over time it has helped me loose so far 8 kgs since late august 2015, it's supposed to stop fat absorbsion,increase energy levels (I'm certain it's helped with energy, I've been able to do physical activities for longer than normal, currently I don't exercise, that is planned for the near future. I drink it black with honey, as honey has less calories than sugar, with normal tea I have sugar & milk, but this oolong tea doesn't need milk & for me I would have to add too much sugar so I replaced it with honey, I enjoy the taste although it did take some getting used to because I'm actually a coffee drinker & when I did drink tea it was Lipton black tea with milk & sugar added to it.Read full review

I'm new to tea and trying my best to get it right. There are no instructions, so I googled the steep time which is 3-4 min. I've been reading reviews about oolong's weight loss, so I decided to see what it's all about. The taste isn't terrible but not too great either. I add 2 tbsp of honey to each cup. I have noticed less cravings and more energy throughout the day. The bags aren't well made and sometimes the string comes off of the bag while brewing. There is a residue left in the cup after drinking so the less you have the more bitter it is. Good value for the price. I'm gonna give it a go and see how it turns out.
