You have to shave long to remove facial hair . After half a day 's beard hairs again clearly visible. The original Philips shaving heads do much better and keep the beard hairs longer way (even 5 years old shaving heads do better ) .

This shaver cuts much better than any other Norelco. Had em all. The key is the COMPLETELY SLOTTED HEADS. The ones with holes are worthless. Also, the lift and cut cutter blades really do work. Just watch out for counterfeits!

I purchased this Norelco 7310XL Re-chargeable razor to replace my old Norelco 6826XL Re-chargeable razor. It was 17 years old and was starting to show it's age. The motor was getting sluggish and noisy, I could hear the bearings were starting to wear out.The Trimmer was broken and getting the right replacement parts were difficult to find so, I decided to invest in this new Norelco 7310XL. When it arrived, I put a full charge on it and put it through it's paces. In comparison to my 17 year old razor, when I hit the power-on button, the difference was like comparing a '57 Rambler to a 2011 Lamborghini. The 7310XL ran quiet, extremely fast and very smooth with no glitches at all. My beard felt lifted and I got a very close shave. One noticeable improvement with the three rotating cutting-heads is that they have been re-designed and swivel much deeper than the older Norelco razors. The Trimmer was quick, accurate and leaves a nice straight line of trim. The ergo-design and the new, softer rubber-like materials that form the Norelco 7310XL was comfortable and the fit in my hand was a vast improvement compared to the older Norelco, which had a hard plastic form to it. Cleaning the razor is a 5 out of 5, made easy by opening the heads and running the Norelco under a stream of water and, using the provided cleaning brush, it makes the job a breeze. I really like this Norelco 7310XL very much and, I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable, easy-to-use Re-chargeable razor.Read full review
Great cordless razor at about half the price of big box retail including shipping. The razor I was using needed a soldered in battery replacement. That battery shipped was going to cost half of what I paid for the new Norelco and there is always the possibility of irreprable damage when replacing the battery. Previously I had a similar Remington that was underpowered from day one and required charging every 4 days. The Norelco has plenty of power so that the trimmer works great even on a low charge.I shaved / trimmed with it every day for 5 weeks before it needed a charge. The shave is very smooth, close and quick with no pulling or other discomfort and I have a heavy beard. It cleans easily and the rotary blades do not pack full requiring disassembly like the Remington did. One small thing - the battery dies dead flat with no warning but now I know the expected battery life I will just stay ahead of it by charging at the same time each month. The Norelco is far superior to my old Remington in every way and I paid $10. less for the Norelco 5 years later. I would highly recommend this product and would buy it again.Read full review
